Indian Ayurvedic Massage

The ayurvedic massage in relation to Indian therapeutics: it is an Indian massage type where the emphasis is on disease prevention.

The Indian therapeutics and this massage are based on using natural materials like oils, herbs and teas.
They define the human organism by 3 different types of doshas, driving energies.
The three doshas are: Vata, Pitta, Kapha.
Defining the human type based on the dominant driving dosha(s) determines the oils, herbs and teas used during the massage. We use the herbs as extracts dissolved in oils but they can also be warm oily herb balls to rubber and warm up the skin.

Ayurvedic massage is a very important part of Indian medical therapeutics together with nutrition guidance, herbs, Marma point therapy, yoga and steam cabins.
